U and V are for...DT cards for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Welcome October and welcome to a new challenge at

Julie is our host this month and the themes are:

U is for Under the tree
and/or
V is for Vocabulary (use words)

First out is my U for Under the tree card.

Now I guess you are thinking 'Under the tree? This doesn't make sense!'
But my reasoning is; where are the gifts before they are unwrapped?
The answer- Under the tree.

The stamp and die are from Concord&9TH,
and the long sentiment from Avery Elle.

I made a red one as well.

The two of them together.

My V for Vocabulary card is quick and easy,
a die and a sentiment from Kort og Godt and
some golden glitter paper.

The prize this time is given by Julie

J and K are for... A DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Hello there!
It's time for a new challenge at ABC Christmas Challenge.....I'm the host
this month and the themes are:

J is for JOY!
and
K is for KING!

My collection of stamps do not include anything 'King'.
So I decided to play with the 'Joy' theme and made these two cards.

First out a card in red and gold.

The stars and the star wreth are made with a die from Avery Elle,
and the word 'Joy' is cut out with a die from Hero Arts.

The paper is older than old, its from BoBunny

Card two is white in white, an embossed background with snow,
and the big letters J and Y with a snowflake as the O.

The dies used are from Altenew and Memory Box.
I love the way these two cards came out in the end!

This cute snowman die is the prize to a lucky random winner.

I hope you will join in the J and K challenge,
we can't wait to see your Christmas projects.

A and B are for...A DT card for ABC Chrstmas Challenge.

The design team at ABC Christmas Challenge are ready to a new trip through the alphabet.

Every month we are ready with two- sometimes three- themes
which represents the letters in the alphabet.

This year we are going sponsor free...don't worry, there will still be the incentive of a little prize
(or two) each month, but they have been donated by our lovely design team members.

Helen is the first host of the year and the letters are:

A is for ANYTHING CHRISTMAS GOES
and
B is for BERRIES

My first card is an 'A for Anything Goes'

I've made a white and gold card using a wonderful die from
'Simple and Basic' saying 'God Jul' (Merry Christmas)
and a star wreath die from Avery Elle.

The ribbon is recycled from one of my christmas presents.

I couldn't resist showcasing one of my cute christmas moose ;)

Card number two is a 'B for Berries' card.

Using a simple card design and the same 'God Jul' die and some old
Basic Grey papers, my card was almost ready.
A bow made of twine, some punched leaves and
three small pearls made the final toutch

And I had to show you some of my favorite 'nisser'.
They are from Denmark and every year there's a new pair.
They are called 'Klarborg Nisser '

There are a couple of prizes on offer from Helen our challenge host
(comprising a 6x6 paper pad & a co-ordinating stamp set) for two lucky winners:
