I'm a cheater- midway reminder for HM&F.

Hello and happy Monday, we are halfway through

So here is what I created:

Please bear over with me, but I love this little chap.

I cheat and I steal!

I stole Lisa's idea using vellum for the banner,

thanks for this fab idea, Lisa!

For this card papers in blue and white from Maja Design.

I have used my Prismacolors for colouring.

A look at my usual backside, the design from the front 

and my 'Handmade by' stamp.

Lille sommerfugl.

Jeg har været i gang med noget som alle kan få til.

To næsten ens kort lavet med to forskellelige puncher.

Papiret er, tja hvad det mon hedder... farveprøver fra ex Flüger.

De fås i alle mulige farver og er rigtig flotte.

Her har jeg brugt en anden punch,også fra Martha Stewart.

Tekststemplerne er fra LOTV og Norsk Stempelblad.

En stilig herre!

Her er en boks jeg har lavet efter denne tutorial hos Stempeleinmaleins.

Samme fremgangsmåde som jeg brugte til denne.

Stemplet er 'Henri' fra Kraftin' Kimmie, jeg tror det er første gang jeg

bruger dette stempel, selv om jeg har haft det meget længe.

Egentlig holder Henri en kaffekop i hånden, men da det var

gave til ældste mand i huset, passede det bedre med ballonger.

Ballong punchen er fra Panduro Hobby.

Her kan man bedre se at det er en  boks.

Det stripede papir er fra Maja Design.

Inden i chokolade og et lidt 'frækt' tekstsetmpel, som jeg 

lige nu ikke kan huske hvor er fra.

Den egentlige gave havde sønnik af forskellige praktiske grunde fået på forhånd. 

Men der skulle jo være noget at pakke op på selve dagen.

 

Bagsiden af boksen ser sådan ud, 

ikke helt gennemtænkt med båndet der går rundt!

Anything Masculine !  

I know many of you find it diffecult to make cards for a man/boy,

I think it's because we love flowers, pearls, bling and lace.

But buttons, plain ribbon and film strips can be

funny to use on cards to. 

Take a look at the House Mouse & Friends blog , my teamies and our

talented GDT have made some great cards, I'm sure you'll

find some ideas for your masculine cards.

With 4 men in my house I'm making several masculine cards during the year.

This card is for my oldest son who is turning 20 today.

Since I saw this 'Big Foot' image for the first time,

I've been hunting it. At last I found it in an American net shop,

and it jumped down in the shopping basket- together with a few (!) others!

Look at him, so cute!

The papers are from Maja Design, great colours for a mans card.

I've kept the embellishments rather simple,

just some stars made with a Spellbinder die.

My usual backside, dp and my personal stamp.

F is for....., DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Hello crafters and welcome to another challenge at 

ABC Christmas Challenge.

Annette is todays host and we are up to the letter F

 F for - Friends and Family!

 (Must have a personalised sentiment either by relationship (eg "Special Friend") or name.

I have made a Christmas card for my sister, using this cute 'North Pole Tilda'.

 Blue is my favourite color and look great together with kraft. 

The ticket sentiments are from Whimsy Stamps,

and the trees are made with a die from Magnolia.

The papers are from  Echo Park a 6x6 paper pad.

 I cut out Tilda and gave her an embossed background,

 made with an embossing folder from Cuttlebug.

Tilda is colored with Prismacolor pencils.

Oh I just realised I've forgotten to take a pic

of the cards back side. But believe me; nothing new there.

Just some dp and my personal 'handmade by' stamp.

Butterflies, a DT card for Stamp and Create with Magnolia.

I have made a Birthday card for a friend of mine, using Sakura Tilda.

It's a really girly card with lovely papers from my favorite brand 'Maja Design'.

Tilda is coloured with my Prismacolor Pencils.

At the moment I prefere to use them instead of Distress Inks.

Together with my new eBosser- a birthday present from me to me-

I also ordered a new die from Tim Holtz 'On The Edge Bracket'.

 I think I'll use it a lot in the future.

Unusually many flowers for a card made by me, I liked

the way they turned out.

Perfect Pearls and Stickles are added to the image.

Pearls and lace are from my stash.

A very simple backside today, just my personal stamp.

Endnu et julekort

Jeg har vist nævnt at jeg er bagefter med det meste,

også med mine julekort.

 

 Under en oprydning var jeg så heldig at finde dette færdigmalede

motiv fra Meljen's Design, 'Happy Little Gnome' hedder det.

Det passede rigtig fint til dette design som jeg har stjålet

hos Patti- tusind tak for den gode ide.

'Christmas' er lavet med en die fra Simon Says Stamp.

Et lille tips; husk dobbeltklæbende tape på papiret

før du kører dien igennem din Cuttlebug.

Det kommer ikke til at se pænt ud hvis du limer.

Tro mig, jeg har prøvet!

Strimlerne er stjernepapir fra julen, men man kunne med fordel

 også bruge washi tape eller diverse rester.

Den embossede baggrund er lavet med en folder fra Sizzex.

Der er kommer glitter på hjerterne.

Fødselsdagskort og en gave...

Jeg havde fødselsdag for ikke så længe siden, og var så heldig at

modtage mange flotte kort fra scrapvenner i ind- og udland.
