U and V is for...A DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

It's time for a new fun ABC Christmas Challenge.

Julie is the host, and we have two fantastic themes this month:

'U is for Upcycle'

and

'V is for Velocity'

The prize is donated by Julie.

I had great fun with this challenge.

I found an old Christmas project I made years ago

but never used/given to someone.

And when I say years ago it's true!

Back in october 2010 I posted this:

'Henry på glatisen'

A gift bag with Henry from Whiff Of Joy, papers from

Maja Design and Ladybug and Friends.

The gift bag is now transformed into two Christmas cards!

First out, from the front of the bag, a 'V for Velocity' card.

(And 'U for Upcycle')

Henry- my first love- is coloured with distress ink.

'U for Upcycle' card.

The backside of the bag was also decorated, so it became

a card with a Christmas sentitiment saying 'Christmas Greeting.

Wishing you and your family a merry Christmas and a happy new year.'

And 'vips' two more cards for my pile of Christmas cards.

Oh boy that pile is realy not big enough!

N and O are for...a DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge!

Hi and welcome to a new challenge at

ABC Christmas Challenge!
The lovely Helen is our hostess for this month and the themes are

'N' for Name
and/or

'O' for On something
(Skates, Sledges, Trees etc)

(Just don't forget the Christmas theme!)

I know I'm late with my post, those last days before our newly

begun summer vacation was really busy- at work and at home!

But right now I'm enjoying lazy days in our summerhouse in Denmark,

trying to catch up with things!

My card is an 'O for On Skates' card, made with this super cute

'Skating Henry' from Whiff Of Joy.

The papers are from Maja Design, the snowflakes are cut out

with a die from Memory Box.

Blue pearls from Storyteller and a LOTV sentiment.

And Henry is ready for skating.

H and I are for... DT cards for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Good morning everyone!

Welcome back to the ABC Christmas Challenge.
Lorraine is hosting this month and
this time we have 2 letters to choose from!

H for HATS!
and/or
I for ICE!

just don't forget the Christmas theme!

I have two cards to show you today,
a 'H for Hat' card and a 'I for Ice card.

First out is 'H for Hat'.

I have blown the dust of a pair of my old
Whiff of Joy stamps.

This one is called 'Wee with Tree',
the papers I've used are from Echo Park.
All edges are distressed.

The tree is paper pieced and decorated with bling
in different colours.

My 'I for Ice' card is made with my first love; Henry!

The image is called 'Ice Skating Henry Mouse'.
Blue is a favourite of mine, I just love those
papers from Bo Bunny- the 'Powder Mountain' collection.

The snowflake is cut out in glitter foam using
a die from Memory Box.

T for Two, a DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Hello crafters and welcome to a new letter at ABC Christmas Challenge.

I'm the lucky one hosting the next two weeks challenge.

We are up to the letter T,

T for TWO!

(Show us two of something, two design papers, two buttons,

two animals....I'm sure you got the point by now!)

I've used an older Whiff of Joy image for my card today; a very cute snowman.

The papers are from Maja Design, the edges are distressed,

and I've made some false sewings.

My 'T for Two' are two design papers, two trees and two set of two pearls!

Guess I also could say two colours, blue and brown.

M for Mice, a DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

It's Wednesday and time for a new letter at

ABC Christmas Challenge.

As you se I've made a card with Henry from Whiff of Joy,

and not with a House Mouse image. Henry needed some ink!

E for embossing, a DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Z for Zebra, a DT project for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Hello crafters and welcome to the last letter in the alphabet,

and thus the last ABC Christmas Challenge in 2014.

Carissa is the host today and her theme is:

Z for Zebra.

(Use Stripes)

I've used a super cute image given to me together with one

of my lovely christmas cards from a dear friend of mine.

When I received it I had to colour it up immediately

and use it for a Christmas project.

Thanks a lot hun, how could you know that Henry was my first love!

My last DT project for this year is a corner bookmark,

with papers from Maja Design and Angle Henry Mouse from WOJ.

I have added a lot of Stickles on to Henry's wings and holy.

The bookmark is made for myself, I hope there will be a book for me under the tree-

hopefully the new detective novel from Jussi Adler Olsen.

But I've forgot to tell Santa about my wish.....

X for out of the boX, DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

We have a brand new challenge for you starting today over at

ABC Christmas Challenge and the theme is

X for out of the boX- No square cards!

This time Michelle is our lovely host.

No square cards...then a round one must qualify!

I made this card using some of my big round and scalloped
Spellbinder dies. The cute snowman is from WOJ,
and it's called...... 'Cute Snowman' !

And for once I haven't made a blue and white card,
but kraft and red. Oh boy I'm always struggling with
the Distress Ink Aged Mahogany.

This time was no exception; although the red colour was dry
long ago, it smeared off onto the brown.
Look at his scarf! Grrrrrrr!!
