N for Not A Card, DT project for ABC Christmas Challenge

Hi Christmas Crafters, here is a reminder for our ongoing
challenge at ABC Christmas Challenge.

I have made a corner bookmark, using 'To Ski or Not to Ski'
a cute Gruffie trying to ski downhill.
It's the first time I use him, a great image.

He is coloured with Prismacolors.
For my first image I used my Distress Inks,
but I couldn't make the fur look good,
so I had to give it another try.

The papers are from Papirdesign, a Norwegian company.
I love the blue and brown together.

The snowflake border punch is from Martha Stewart.

A close up on my little fellow, can you see the sparkling snow?

Charm, pearls and ribbon are from my stash.

Let's Get Fruity! DT card for HM&FMC

There is a lot of sweet images with those small
critters eating and playing with fruit.
So come on, blow the dust away and ink them up.

If you need some inspiration take a look at
the wonderful creations my teamies have made.

I have made two corner bookmarks, using two small sweeties.

Here a picture of both of them.



The green one is made with papers from Maja Design
and the image is called 'Seed Shooter'.

The heart boarder is made with a die from Magnolia.

The other one is with 'Oh ! Happy Days' and the
papers are from Magnolia and Papirdesign.

As you can se an image without fruit,
but there's fruit on the paper and I have added
a strawberrie made with a quickcut.

Ava med ballong.

Sommerens fødselsdagskort er ved at være færdige,
og står klare på skrivebordet.

Nu hvor dette kort -som er til en af mine niecer- er klart,
mangler jeg kun at lave kort til husets
mindstemand som bliver teenager i august.

Stemplet er et digistempel fra Saturated Canary,
en af Kristas skønheder.

Hun var som freebie på Kristas blog for en tid siden.
Tusind tak, hun er bare dejlig.

I får ét gæt på hvor papiret er fra;
var der nogen som sagde 'Maja Design'?

Ja det er fuldstændig rigtigt.
Jeg havde bestemt mig for at jeg ikke skulle
købe nogle ark af sommerens 'Life in' serier.

Men senest i dag har jeg været på
Hobbyhimmelen for at supplere!

Man har vel et standpunkt til man tar et nyt, ikke?

Banneret er lavet med min genfundne Magnolia die.
Blomster punched med retropunchen i to størrelser
og pyntet med knapper.

Ellers har jeg haft gang i 'Barte-punchen' på kanterne af motivet.

'Happy Birthday' er lavet med en Martha Stewart punch.

Tekststemplet inden i er en freebie fra Create With TLC.

Ava pynter også her, sammen med en strimmel mønsterpapir.

Her ser I bagsiden med mit 'håndlavet' af' stempel.

Til kortet malede jeg først et motiv men jeg syntes ikke
det blev helt vellykket og lavede et nyt.

Men hvad skulle jeg så stille op med det
som var halvvejs mislykket?

Jeg havde ikke hjerte til at smide det ud.

Istedet kom jeg på at lave et bogmærke.

En scalloped cirkel, seam binding og et par
punchede hjerter, og det var det.

Jeg har brugt denne sketch fra Papertake Weekly som udgangspunkt.
Den er roteret en gang.

Bogmærke og en boganmeldelse!

Bogmærker er lette at lave og en fin lille ting at gi' væk.

Dette er lavet med et stempel fra Sugar Nellie, 'Winking Student'.
Hun er da et perfekt motiv til en bog.

Mønsterpapiret er fra Maja Design, for en gangs skyld har jeg
fået til at bruge af de grønne ark og ikke de lilla.

Jeg har faktisk også en langsigtet plan med de brune ark, som ellers
er havnet langt nede i Maja Design bunken.

Hjerteborden er lavet med en die fra Magnolia.

Lidt pyntning af bagsiden er der også plads til,
og selvfølgelig mit 'lavet af' stempel.

Hvis du ikke har læst denne bog, så vil jeg anbefale dig at gøre det.
Letlæst og fornøjelig.

Bogmærke.

Jeg synes denne langhalsede fyr fra Prairie Fairy Designs passede til et bogmærke.Det er et af de digitale stempler jeg lige har købt.
Der var ikke langt fra tanke til handling. Jeg kom på at jeg havde dette papir fra Basic Grey.


Et af arkene har fugle på bagsiden. Jeg har farvelagt med prismacolor for en gangs skyld.
Båndet er fra Panduro.
Tal og bogstaver er standset ud med min Cuttlebug. Den tror jeg er min bedste investering når det gælder ting jeg bruger til at lave kort med.
