Fødselsdag og statistik...

Jeg er færdig med kortet til en kollega og god ven der bliver

50 år nu på mandag. Jeg ved ikke om føselaren er i samme 

eftertænksomme humør som 'Pie Tilda' her er!

Det er et easalkort jeg har lavet, et rundt af slagsen.

Farverne på mønsterpapiret- fra Maja Design hvis du er i tvivl-

er ikke gengivet helt godt på mine fotos.

Jeg har ofte problemer med de røde farver!

 

Opslået ser kortet sådan ud, jeg elsker tekststemplet om fødselsdage og statistik.

Det er købt hos Gitte i Hobbyboden, jeg havde et flere timers langt besøg 

der i min sommerferie, og det var uden mand og børn!

 (Nu ser jeg pludselig at teksten er norsk, tar jeg mon fejl

mht hvor det er købt?? Men jeg besøgte i al fald Hobbyboden)

Sommerfuglene er punchet ud og pyntet med små perler.

Rosen er fra Hobbyhimmelen, siden kortet ikke skal sendes men afleveres,

ved jeg at den kommer frem i god behold.

 Ellers synes jeg det kan være problematisk med 

blomster på kort der skal sendes med posten.

Kortet er midt i blinken for den nye udfordring hos

hvor temaet er 

Summer Birthday!

Kan der blive enklere?

En dag jeg var ved at finde lilla papir til dette kort, kom jeg 

på at man meget let kunne stemple en tekst på stripen på papiret,

og vips havde man et meget nemt gratulations kort.

Foruden mønsterpapiret har jeg brugt nogle punchede sommerfugle lavet i acetat,

og klippet en blomst ud, pyntet med en perle og monteret på en 3D pude.

Det var det, kan det blive enklere?

Fly fly away, a DT card for HM&FMC

After a long and sunny weekend- with huge internet problems-

I'm here with my DT card for the new challenge at 

House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge.

I'm the lucky one hosting this fortnigth

and the theme I have chosen is

TRANSPORT!

Use something on your creation that has some kind of mode of transport on it.

    Of course you must use a House Mouse, Happy Hopper

                                                                   or Gruffie to join in.

 

The image I have used today is rather big, and therefore the space

for embellishments are limited.  A sentiment and some Dew Drops!

 I found the design papers from Heidi Swapp 'No Limits'

perfect for the theme and image.

Orange isn't a colour I use a lot, but combined with blue

I think it looks great.

At the backside I have used the same dp and my personal stamp.

Noget nyt, noget gammelt, noget blåt og noget lånt

En af mine venninder spurgte om et bryllupskort,
og jeg var straks på pletten. Jeg havde dog lidt svært
ved at bestemme mig for type kort og papir,
men faldt til sidst ned på denne løsning.

Det eneste passende bryllupsstempel jeg havde var fra LOTV,
og det havde jeg brugt nogle gange før.

Løsningen blev at låne dette LOTV stempel 'Over The Threshold'.

Papiret er en mix alt er dog fra Maja Design.

Motivet er farvelagt med Prismacolors-igen.
Jeg forsøgte mig først med mine distresser, men fik det slet ikke til!


 

Jeg fik at vide at bruden godt kunne lide korn og kornblomster,
og hvad gør man så?

Den vilde jagt på papir med kornblomster førte ikke frem!

Men jeg var så heldig at finde denne tutorial
på kornblomster, og efter et par forsøg så det OK ud.

Jeg har lavet kortet som et tag-kort, med god plads  til at skrive bag på.

Perler, hjertecharm, hjemmefarvet Seam Binding,

diverse blomster og punchede sommerfugle,

jo så blev der et kort ud af det til slut.

Og hun som bad mig om at lave det var fornøjet!

A cup of Tea, DT card for HM&FMC

For my card I have used 'Spa Time' and some of my favourite

papers from Maja Design combined with kraft.

I love the colour scheme.

For colouring my image I have once again used my Prismas,

and added some Stickles onto the steam.

The sentiment on the tag means 'Enjoy your day, it's yours'.

I love the little teapot charm, it was a gift from one of my teamies, thanks!

I just realized I have forgotten to take a foto

of the backside and it's to dark now.

I have to do it tomorrow after work.

ABC..... DT card for Stamp and Create with Magnolia.

We have a new theme for the Stamp and Create with Magnolia Challenge.

BACK TO SCHOOL

(Card for a Teacher)

I did not have any real 'Back To School' image with pencils or books, 

so I had to improvise.

Papers from 'Nille' with school books on was the first thing I came over. 

Perfect, and in some colours I love to work with.

The next thing was to find a suitable Tilda;  I choose 'Pie Tilda' because

 of her melancholy attitude. 

When I was a kid I hated change, I was sad when school ended 

and the summer holiday began. 

An sad again when holiday ended and school started.

So I know why sweet Tilda look like this....

I made Tilda sit on a homemade blackboard with abc written on.

The wooden frame is embossed and

the letters are made with my Cuttlebug.

At the inside there is place to write a regard.

 Another little blackboard at the backside and a special made

'handmade by' image. It's a Whipper Snapper pencil image masked together

with my round 'andmade by Dorte' stamp.

 Today I want to share a picture with you.

 

 Here is my working desk- well I have to admit it's our table in the dining room.

We normally eat in the kitchen it is only when we expect guests 

that I need to clear things aside.

 Sometimes when I get really anxious I also take the floor in use.

For todays card I coloured up two Tilda with Prismacolour Pencils.

It is my first attempt to colour dark hair.

I have a set of 72 pencils but I would like to supplement them with more colors.

I have found a shop here in Norway selling them for the price
 of 3$ each- to expencive.

Daniels Dåbskort

I juni måned var vi til barnedåb hjemme i Danmark.

Jeg var ikke sen til at 'tilbyde' at lave kortet, jeg tror næsten jeg var

 blevet fornærmet hvis gaven var blevet afleveret med et købekort.

Stemplet fra LOTV er et lån fra en god kompis, vi kører fælleseje på 

det meste af vores scrapting. Det gør det lidt mere legalt at købe nyt ;),

og så er det hyggeligt at dele.

Mønsterpapiret er fra Echo Park, serien hedder 'Bundle of Joy'.

Skyerne er lavet med en die fra Magnolia og teksten lavet på PC.

Jeg kom på at embosse den hvide sky for den ikke skulle være så anonym.

Dien rundt om motivet er en af mine nye, jeg tror ikke jeg har brugt den før.

Bånd, stjernecharm og knap fra mors knapkasse udgør pynten.

Plads til at skrive, en enkelt sky og 'BABY'

It's Monday again, a great start on the new week because

' Splish Splash.. A Citrus Bath', what a great name for a stamp, and I love

 this one. You can colour it in any citrus colour, yellow, orange or green,

 and it comes out so differently.

When colouring the image today I was thinking of my favourite drink; Mojito. 

But I think the little one in the glass ate the mint leaves!

I have coloured with my Prisma Colour Pencils,

Nowadays I enjoy using them, more than before.

The papers are from BoBunny, wonderful with the lime green and the blue.

The sentiments on the two tags are from Inkadinkado.

A Party set I bought a longe time ago.

We are invited to a party- some friends of our have been

married for 25 years in September. And I thought this card would be 

great to mail to them saying 'YES, we would love to come!'

For the backside today I have made a little special 'handmade by' circle.

 I have masked together a part of a HM sentiment and my 'Handmade by Dorte'.

It came out like this. Hope you like it.

Make a wish!

Dette fødselsdagskort er sendt til en blogven der fylder år i dag,

jeg håber det er kommet frem i tide.

Farverne kommer utroligt dårligt frem, mønsterpapiret er 'Fika' fra 

Maja Design, kombineret med en ensfarvet dyb lilla.

Pynten består i al sin enkelthed af perler, glitter og en

sommerfugl der er punchet i møønsterpapir og acetat.

Jeg har lavet et foldekort, et 'Buckle Card', lavet efter

denne tutorial fra Splitcoaststampers. 

Stemplet er fra LOTV- 'Dandelion Clock' og tekststemplet 'Make A Wish'  fra House Mouse.
