Todays card is a midway reminder for the ongoing challenge at
We are now on the letter T, Lacey is our host,
and the theme is
Twelve Days of Christmas!
Understanding that there aren't a ton of stamps out there
that are
specific to the famous song, we are asking that you
use the song as your
inspiration and try to match
one of the "days" of the song as best as
you can.
If it's not obvious on your card or project,
please explain
your inspiration in your post.
For those who may not be familiar with the song,
you can find the final chorus at the challenge blog.
I have used 'Wee and Drum' an image from Whiff of Joy.
So I think it's obvious that my inspiration-again-
come from '12 Drummers Drumming'.
Papers are from Magnolia, sentiment from LOTV.
Twine, button, pearls and charm are from my stash.
(and yes I have corrected the pearls!)
All edges are distressed, and I have decorated
with Stickles around the image.
Another Wee at the inside, the two of them can make a little drum orchestra.
The backside of the card is a miniature of the front.
I have used Donna's sketch from
We are so lucky having two sponsors for the T challenge.
Giving one lucky random winner
a $10 gift certificate to the shop
and Simon Says Stamp
ofering another random winner a $15 voucher
to spend in the shop.
