Fødselsdagskort og en gave...

Jeg havde fødselsdag for ikke så længe siden, og var så heldig at

modtage mange flotte kort fra scrapvenner i ind- og udland.

Her kommer de i tilfældig rækkefølge.

Bare for at være sikker på at jeg fik noget scrap-relateret, tog jeg sagen i egen

hånd og bestilte den her, en e-Bosser fra mig til mig!

Jeg købte hos Gitte i Hobbyboden og sparede en god

del i forhold til norske priser i scrapbutikker.

1595,- dkr for Special Edition og fri fragt.

Jeg har desværre ikke prøvet den endnu, jeg er håbløst bagefter med det meste!

Fik dog inbydelser til konfirmationen i maj gjort færdig og sendt i dag.

Lost and Found, a DT card for HM&FMC

It's Monday and time for a brand new challenge at

As you remember, I did warn you that I intended to use this image several times

 in the near future. I have a lot of 'bad legs' in my family and circle of friends.

So here it is again, 'Color Me Better'.

I have made a step card for my oldest sister who had 

a hip replacement  done last week.

Everything went fine, I'm so happy for that.

My 'Lost &  Found' item is here; I found some small bottles at Panduro Hobby,

and immediately got the idea filling the bottle with small 'pain killers' (round pearls).

I knew I had some pearls somewhere at home, from another crafting project.

My problem was where??

At last I found them in a box together with some other useful items...

I also had to add this, a rolled bandage. I got the idea from  

Margreets place a long time ago, and I have used it for a card back in

 Marts 2012 'For a Speciel Girl'-

actually a card for my other sister who's a nurse.

Ugens julekort.

Et af mine mål på den kreative front er at lave et julekort om ugen.

Og allerede her i uge 10 er jeg af forskellige grunde bagefter.

Vi er ved at få bygget på huset, og det medfører en

del ekstra arbejde og en hel del rod og omrokeringer!

Det gode ved det er at jeg har fået samlet mine scrapting

på sammme etage og faktisk i samme rum- stuen.

Så kan I jo gætte på hvordan stuen/spisebordet ser ud, hi hi.

Når jeg farvelægger motiver har jeg i den sidste tid begyndt at male to samtidig;

det sker jo ret som det er at jeg får malet noget som ikke er helt fint.

Så her er makkeren fra dette projekt, jeg kunne jo lige så godt bruge ham.

Pindsvinstemplet er fra Penny Black og hedder 'Snow Joy'.

Ingen mønsterpapir, kun en baggrund der er lavet med en Cuttlebug embossingfolder.

Lidt pynt må jo til, så det blev twine og en snemand-charm.

I have made a little box for a gift certificate and some chocolates

following this tutorial at SEME.

It was difficult to take a good picture of the box.

The image is from Penny Black and the paper from Maja Design.

The ribbon is from IKEA, I used it for the gifts last Christmas.

I had to buy several types of  chocolates to find some in an appropriate size. 

That means I now have to eat the excess pieces...

Anything Goes at House Mouse & Friends!

Happy  Monday mousy lovers..we're half way thru our current challenge at 

House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge.

As you might remember, I'm your host and the theme an easy one:

Anything Goes!

A dear friend of mine is about to renovate her bathroom.

In a few days she's celebrating her birthday, and I couldn't think

 of any other stamp to use for her card than this cute 'Relaxing Bubbles' 

The papers are from Basic Grey and reminds me of tiles.

I wanted the bath (the tub?, a new word for me) to have a an 
 enamelled look, and added Crackled Paint on it after having

coloured the image with my Prismas.

The background is made with a cuttlebug folder

and distressed with Tumbled Glass.
