I can't believe how quick this year has gone, we are up to the letter Y

at ABC Christmas Challenge. It seems to me like we started 

with A a few weeks ago. 

If you have been a regular participant you should have 

at least 20 cards in your pile by now.

And still we have the letters Y and Z left- that means two more cards.

I have used this cute Clementine Winter with the candy cane 

from Stamp Fairy. She is coloured with Prisma Colors.

The papers are from Maja design and the red bow

is recycled from a box of something.

 

Here a close up at my calorie free mini candy canes, enjoy !

They are made by twisting the red and white chenille stems together and

 bending one end. Trim with wire cutters or scissors if neccessary 

(DON'T use your good scissors!).

Anything Christmas, DT card for HM&FMC

 The days are flying by and it´s already 9th of december, I can´t really belive it!

It's Monday again, and time for a mid way reminder for the ongoing

challenge at House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge.

  Tracy's is hosting this challenge and  the theme she chose is

I have made a Center Step Card  following this tutorial

at Splitcoast Stampers. A great place to get inspired.

The card is easy to make and together with the lovely

'Foot Loose & Fancy Free' I have one more 

Christmas card in my pile! I do really need them.

The papers are from My Mind's Eye, I find the 

bright colours very pretty and easy to use.

Some twine and a Christmas tree charm, and that's it.

Winter Fun, DT card for Stamp and Create with Magnolia

It's time for a new challenge at Stamp and Create with Magnolia.

The theme for the next two weeks is 

Winter Fun !

What do we consider a Winter image?

Cold, Snow, Christmas, New Year's Celebrations.

 Colours are: Red, Green, Gold, white, blue, etc...

Edwin is out skiing, but I'm not sure if he's having fun.

The image is called 'Edwin with Snowflakes', 

and my papers today are from Maja Design.

The text is a part of the dp.

For the snowflakeborder I have used the Frosty Border die

from Memory Box and added some bling.

The other snowflake is made with a die from Marianne Design.

Hvert år på mit arbejde har vi en fælles pakkekalender,
 hvor alle som  har lyst kan være med.
 Vi er  ca 100 personer,så det er lidt af en kalender.

Der pakkes ikke op lørdag og søndag, så gaverne
er fordelt på hverdagene. Ca 4 stk pr dag.

På slaget 9.10- sammen med vores kaffepause-
trækkes dagens vindere. Det er altid sjovt at se
hvor opfindsomme folk har været.

Her er årets gave fra mig.

Her er udgangspunktet!

En pakke med mix mandler der skal få en make-over.

Jeg tog emballagen og tegnede den af på et mønsterpapir,

klippede og skar, og sværtede alle kanter.

Jeg var nødt til at  forstærke bunden med at stykke extra papir.

En tag med et House Mouse motiv og et stykke bånd,

og straks ser det meget finere ud.

Det er ikke altid så meget der skal til.

Finally December is here, I hope all is well with you and hope your

 Christmas preparations are now in full swing. Just remember to take time to enjoy
 and don`t let all the "just must do" take too much time.

Over the weekend, I counted my finished Christmas cards and compared
the number with them I'm gonna mail to my friends.

Yrkkkkk I'm missing at least 10 cards! 

That means I have to speed up and make some more cards.

 For todays card I have used 'Have a Ball' for the first time.

Lovely and easy to colour to fit in with the papers.

My papers are from My Mind's Eye; '12 Days of Christmas'

I have made a little banner with a Magnolia die, 

the letters says 'Christmas', I guess you figured that out yourselves ;)

The little ornament charm was meant for this card.

My usual backside with elements from the front.
