Anything Christmas goes, A DT project for HM&F!

Welcome back House Mouse Fans!
  This is our final TEAM challenge for 2018
with the theme

'ANYTHING CHRISTMAS GOES'

We will be returning Monday Jan 7th.

 My project for today is this decorated book from

Flying Tiger Copenhagen.

The image is called 'Whee Flight'

The text on the front says 'Who got what?'.

My idea is that it can be used to write down what

you have bought as gifts for family and friends. 

Because I have to sisters I've decorated two books- one for each of them!

The image on the blue book is 'Balance Act'.

I had to maske the image to get rid of two of the ornaments 

Monica is balancing on her little nose!

I hope my sisters will like them.

with the last challenge in 2018.

We are up to the last two letters Y and Z

and the themes are:

Y for 'YOUR FAVOURITE THINGS'

and

Z for 'ZERRO EMBELLISHMENTS'

This little cute snowman image is from 'Papirdesign' 

and there is also is a corresponding die. 

I think this set will become a favourite of mine!

As any of you know I have a soft spot for snowmen!

The background is embossed with a folder from Cuttlebug.

To add dimension the hat and scarf are cut out in felt.

I'm still missing some Christmas cards, so I made up four

cards with the same design but different design paper.

My Z for Zerro Embellishments project is a little book.

I have decorated a cheep red glittery book with a

Penny Black image and some die cut letters

saying 'Hvem fik hvad',  it means 'Who got what'.

 I think this could be useful for us with

a short memory! 😊

I've made a shaped Christmas card with this cute HM image 'Santa Cookies'.

The die used for the shape is from Go Kreate, 

the one used for the stamped image is a Spellbinder die.

The papers are from Maja Design, and the word 'Julehilsen'

(Christmas Greeting) is cut out with a die from Papirdesign.

The round red ribbon is a left over from this project.

Et fødselsdagskort!

I dag vil jeg hurtigt dele et fødselsdagskort,

som jeg lavede til gemalen for en måneds tid siden.

De herlige grisetempler er fra Joy Craft, jeg så

et kort på Pinterest og var bare nødt til at ha dem.

Papiret er vel ikke særlig maskulint men jeg

synes det passede så godt til grisene.

Jeg kender ikke mærket på papiret, det er noget jeg har fået.

Tekststemplerne er fra Concord & 9th.

Det var ikke særlig let at få gode fotos af dette kort...

 Just  don't forget the Christmas theme.

Planning my card I realised that among my crafting stuff
there was no sentiment with the words 'X-mas.

 

Instead I decided to use the 'Warm winter wishes'

sentiment from LOTV together with a mitten die 

from Marianne Design.

The mittens are cut out in felt.

The snowflakes are cut out in glitter foam,

the die I've used is from 'Kort og Godt'.

 My card this time is made without design paper.
The snowflake background is made with
an embossing folder from Cuttlebug.

The long 'Snow' sentiment is new to me,
it's from Avery Elle.

I have used this little fellow several times, he is
coloured with Prismas and I've added some
Star Dust Stickles onto the snow.
