Hejsan og fortsat god jul.

I dag er det ikke et julekort jeg vil vise, men et rigtig 'tøset' (=piget)

fødselsdagskort til en dejlig pige der fylder 17 år i dag.

Klem og tillykke herfra.

Jeg har brugt papir, blomster og bånd fra den flotte 'Pink Candy' jeg 

vandt for en tid siden hos 'Live & Love Crafts'. 

Papiret er fra Maja Design.

Stemplet er fra Sugar Nellie, 'Hello Little Friend'.

Der er kommet glitter på både vinger og stjerne

og Frantage Embossing Powder omkring motivet.

Det engelske tekststempet er en freebie fra Create with TLC, thanks Paulette.

Det andet med 'Gratulerer' er fra Kort og Godt.

Jeg gik lidt amok med blomster, men kortet blev afleveret og ikke sendt

med posten. Så jeg ved de er lige fine hos modtageren.

Der skulle også være plads til at skrive, det blev-efter

inspiration hos Lacey- løst på denne måde.

Stjerneborden er lavet med en die fra Magnolia.

Her er kort og gave, som sagt meget pink og sødt.

Good morning and Merry Christmas ABC Christmas challengers!

Here at the ABC Christmas Challenge we don't stop creating Christmas cards for anything...

not even Christmas day! So here is our last challenge of the year...

we've reached the last letter of the alphabet and our theme for this fortnight is:

'Z is for Zany'

HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

 

Lidt sødt.....

 Nu er der ikke længe til, og det som ikke er ordnet nu kan næsten være det samme. 

Jeg har dog lige fundet ud af at vi mangler grødris til Risalamande,

 som vi skal ha til dessert i morgen. Det skal skaffes- om jeg så 

skal banke på hos naboen. Det skal tilføjes at vi befinder os på fjeldet,

hvor nærmeste butik altså ikke befinder sig lige om hjørnet!

I dag viser jeg en lille hurtig gave som begge mine 'svigerdøtre' fik med sig hjem.

Der er nogle ting som skal til før det er rigtig jul. Hos os er det

 blandt andet havregrynskugler, lavet efter en opskrift fra min mor.

At lave havregrynskugler var forøvrigt den eneste

'bage-'ting' som min far deltog i. Jeg kan endnu se ham for mig

siddende med opsmøgede skjorteærmer og trille kugler!

Et patentglas pyntet med stribet bånd og en tag lavet

med min nye die fra Go Kreate og en sød Tilda fra Magnolia.

Mønsterpapiret bag er fra Basic Grey.

Nemmere kan det ikke blive.

Jeg øver mig stadig på at bruge Frantage Embossing pulver.

Jeg lærer det nok. Det har bare en tendens til at blæse

alle steder hen. Og så var det det med 'for lidt og for meget'....

Snow, DT card for Stamp and Create with Magnolia.

Welcome to a new challenge at Stamp and Create with Magnolia.

Since it's this years last challenge both teames have
made some cards to indspire you.

The theme for the next two weeks is:

Winter Snowflakes !

  Use an image with snow, use snow themed paper, 
or add snowflakes to your card or project.

I have used my favorite Tilda- 'Winter Tilda'- from

the Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection 2010. 

The papers are from Maja Design, they

goes so well together with kraft.

I went a bit amok with the Frantage Embossing Powder

 around the motive. But I like the look of it.

The snowflake boarder is made in some glittery paper

with a die from Memory Box

Sneen daler let og fin

Alle julekort som skal sendes i posten er afsted, 

så roen på den front er ved at indfinde sig.

 Så mangler der bare et fødselsdagskort som

 jeg er startet på. Og så er årets kort i box.

Det ser ikke så helt håbløst ud.

Stemplet er fra LOTV, super søde pingviner

som jeg har brugt en del gange før.

Papiret er fra Papirdesign. Det ser ikke ud som om

 de blå farver harmonerer helt, men IRL er det meget bedre.

Masser af Stickles på motivet, snefnug lavet 

 i noget glitrende papir med en die fra Memory Box.

 

Udenfor er det ikke et snefnug at se, så er det

da godt jeg kan lave dem selv.

Det lille tekststempel er fra Norsk Stempelblad,

det passer perfekt til min Word Window punch.

Bagsider ligner forsiden som den næsten altid gør hos mig.

Silver or Gold, DT card for HM&FMC

Hello Mousey lovers, are you ready for a new challenge with those

small critters we all do love so?

House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge
 are having our last challenge for 2013, and it runs until Saturday 11th January.

 That means you'll have some extra time to join us with your project.

Our host this time is Sue Drees, and her theme is:

Use Silver and/or Gold.

As you can see I went for the silver.

I have used this wonderful image called 'Peaceful Flight'

It's coloured with my Prismacolor Pensils, and I have added
a lot of glitter onto the image.

No design paper for this card only an embossing folder
and some silver paper, plain and glittery.

The pretty ribbon is meant to use for gift wrapping.

The backside looks a lot like the front page.

As I told you a week time ago I don't have enough Christmas cards.
So to make my pile grow fast, I've made two almost identical cards.

Jeg tror center step kort er min favorit lige for tiden,

lette at lave og de præsenterer sig flot.

Så her er et til af slagsen.

De gange jeg har stået fast med et julekort  har blå været løsningen.

Edwin har fået glitter på huen, og der er glitter på som sne. Jeg er endnu ikke

blevet helt fortrolig med at bruge Frantage embossing powder.

Teksten på den er fra Krettiv Hobby hvis jeg ikke tager helt fejl.

Calorie free candy cane, a DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

I can't believe how quick this year has gone, we are up to the letter Y

at ABC Christmas Challenge. It seems to me like we started 

with A a few weeks ago. 

If you have been a regular participant you should have 

at least 20 cards in your pile by now.

And still we have the letters Y and Z left- that means two more cards.

I have used this cute Clementine Winter with the candy cane

They are made by twisting the red and white chenille stems together and

 bending one end. Trim with wire cutters or scissors if neccessary 

(DON'T use your good scissors!).

 The days are flying by and it´s already 9th of december, I can´t really belive it!

It's Monday again, and time for a mid way reminder for the ongoing

challenge at House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge.

  Tracy's is hosting this challenge and  the theme she chose is

I have made a Center Step Card  following this tutorial

at Splitcoast Stampers. A great place to get inspired.

The card is easy to make and together with the lovely

'Foot Loose & Fancy Free' I have one more 

Christmas card in my pile! I do really need them.

The papers are from My Mind's Eye, I find the 

bright colours very pretty and easy to use.
