Jeg sidder på vores hytte med den langsomste netforbindelse

man kan tænke sig, så jeg er spændt på om jeg får

fuldført og postet dette indlæg.

Det er nok det julekort jeg selv synes bedst om.

Der var mang blå/hvide julekort her blandt disse,

og det er nok de farver jeg synes bedst om at bruge.

Men et par kort i traditionelle julefarver er det 

da også blevet til.

Jeg ville egentlig linke til orginal indlæggene,

men så tror jeg ikke jeg bliver færdig i 2012,

så langsomt går det med at laste op/ned.

Derfor har jeg heller ike været i stand til at 

komme rundt på besøg hos jer derude som jeg plejer.

Og skrive kommentarer; det er bare at drømme om!

Z for Zoo Animal, DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

ABC Christmas Challenge is here with the 

final challenge of 2012.

The letter is Z and the theme an easy one;

Z is for Zoo Animals.

By now I suppose you should have send off all your

Christmas cards, but by joining us for this

Z challenge you have the chance to get a 

head start on next years pile of Christmas cards.

Nice thought, I think.

I have used this adorable penguin couple from Sugar Nellie.

Together with the Spellbinder die it's a rather easy card to make.

But I like the way it came out.

The cute charm and the ribbon are from my stash.

I have added Perfect Pearls on to the image as snow.

The paper is from Papirdesign, a Norwegian company.

 

The snowflake is made with a die from Marianne Design

 using some glittery paper.

My usual backside and my personal stamp.

Glædelig jul!

Så er det endelig blevet 24 december, er I færdige til i aften?

Det gode ved julen er at den kommer enten vi er klare eller ej.
Skulle der så mangle en ting, så går det nok alligevel.

Jeg vil gerne ønske jer alle en rigtig 

GLÆDELIG JUL!

Denne gamle nisse er med mig fra min barndom.

Jeg forventer ikke I husker historien jeg fortalte sidste år,

så jeg tar den igen. Dem med god husk springer bare over!

 

Da jeg var barn havde mine forældre en Brugsforretning

ude på landet, og denne nisse var en del af den årlige julepynt.

Vi børn var med til at pynte forretningen den sidste

weekend i november, tror jeg det var.

Nu sidder han hjemme hos mig og pynter,

jeg tror mine søstre er lidt misundelige...

Nu holder jeg juleferie, onsdag kommer årets

sidste DT kort for ABC Christmas Challenge.

Jeg ved ikke rigtig hvor meget blogging jeg

får til, internetforbindelsen på vores hytte er

Snart årets sidste julekort......

Lige i øjeblikket er vi nærmest sneet inde.

Der er stærk blæst, det sner på tværs og der er dårlig sigt.

Pga vejret har den store af drengene og jeg udsat vores 

tur til fjeldet hvor vi skal holde jul. Resten af familien kørte

fredag, men vi to har haft arbejdsweekend,

og blev derfor tilbage i byen!

Tja, hvad skal jeg sige, det er ikke helt efter planen,

men vi har gaverne og de andre maden!!

Vi håber på at vejrforholdene bedrer sig til i morgen.

I ventetiden kan jeg blogge et af årets sidste julekort.

Lige siden jeg så dette kort på min DT kollega Lorraines blog,
 har jeg haft lyst til at lave et magen til.
 Stemplet har jeg fået af en anden DT kompis.

Tusind tak til America for stemplet og Lols for inspirationen.

Ja og hvis du lurer så er det altså et House Mouse motiv,

og 'God Jul' stemplet er fra Kort og Godt.

Mønsterpapiret er nogle gamle nogle fra Fancy Pants.

Den røde tekst er lavet vhj af mine Distress Markers.

Jeg har lige købt stempel papir -The Langton-

fra Hjerteboden. Det er det papir som mange anbefaler

 når man farvelægger med Distress Markers.

Jeg tænkte at min julefri skulle bruges til at teste....

Bagsiden viser en lille mus der gnasker på et bolche,
han er kombineret med mit 'Håndlavet af' stempel.

Well you can call me a cheater, if you want to, because I  use 

the same LOTV image as for last weeks card. The fact is I

 inked up the image twice, and decided to use

 the second one today. I had to save some time!

 I have a lot of favourite dies or punches,

it depends of what kind of card I'm gonna make.

But the dies from Memory Box are really beautiful,

today I have used the Snowflake corner die.

Another lovely die is the 'Spruce' die from Magnolia.

 The papers are 'Eskimo Kisses' from Basic Grey.

I have added Stickles and Perfect Pearls on to the image.

I didn't have enough dp to make the backside 

like I usually does. I run out of paper!

But the ones I've used are from the same line.

Christmas Hugs or Kisses, Dt card for HM&FMC.

 It is time for another theme over on the

 House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge,

 this time it was Kate's turn to choose the theme and she chose

 "Christmas Hugs & Kisses"

 I have decorated a chocolate box using this adorable 'Candy Gram'.

Look at them, so very cute.

The sentiment- fitting the image so perfect- is also from 

House Mouse.

Flowers and pearl string are from Kort og Godt Hobby I think.

The papers are from 3ndy papir, a Norwegian company.

Here a picture of the box when it's opened up.

Before I decorated the box I painted it

with white paint.

Another picture, we had a fantastic weather the day.

A simple back side with my personal stamp.

This is the box before I started,

it was hard to cover all the yellow.

The chocolates are yummy.....

Your Favourite Die/Punch, DT card for ABC Christmas Challenge.

It's time for a new ABC Christmas Challenge,

this week Helen is hosting with a theme of

Y for Your Favourite Punch or Die.

I have a lot of favourite dies and punches, 

but I think my favourite of them all

is 'Frosty Border' from Memory Box.

I have a hate/love relationship to that die,

it's so hard to cut  out properly with my Cuttlebug,

but it's amazing.

A punch I uses a lot is the 'Cherish' border punch 

from Martha Stewart. 

It's great for many different types of cards,

 perfect for a masculine card.

I have added snow on to the cute snowman and the ground.

 I have inked up this wonderful Gruffie Bear, To ski or not to ski.

Well inked; for once I have used my Prismas for colouring.

Sometimes I find it easier to colour a Gruffie with Prismas colours

instead of my Distress Inks. Don't ask me why.

 The papers are from Maja Design, last year's

Christmas collection.

The text banner is a sentiment from LOTV.

Pearls and snowflake charm are from my stash.

Oh boy, I can recognize the feeling, standing at the top,

unable to decide to ski down or not!!

I have used 3 different dies for my card, 

The tree die is from Magnolia and the snowflakes 

are made with dies from Marianne Design.

Et hurtigt kort herfra i dag; selv om julen nærmer sig så alt for

hurtigt holder vennerne ikke op med at fylde år.

Og det er egentlig lidt godt.

Stemplet er fra Sugar Nellie, 'Hello Little Friend' hedder det.

Der er kommet Stikles på vingerne

af den søde lille fe og på kaninens hale.

hvis jeg ikke husker helt fejl.

I hjørnerne af kortet har jeg brugt en snefnug die fra Memory Box,

den har fået lidt bling på her og der.
