Inspired by a book or a book cover , DT card for FFF.

Friday again and time for a new challenge at
Fairy Fun Fridays!

Hannah is hosting today and she wants
you to be inspired by a book.

I think it is a faboulous theme.

I also have some exiting news for you.
Roberta has been a busy lady lately and
made a lot of new images.

They are not to be found in the shop yet but
during next week or so, they will be available.

But you can get a sneek peek, because the Fairy
Princess has made some wonderful cards
this week with some new digistamps.

I have been inspired by this book - well to tell the
true the inspiration was the other way round.
I saw Fisherman Lewis, and knew at once that
he was my man. (Don't tell my hubby.)

Then I just had to find a suitable book!

"Getting started fly fishing!"

Fisherman Lewis, isn't he handsome?
The papers are "Archaic" from Basic Grey.
Great papers for a man's card.

Embellishments are from Basic Grey and Tim Holtz.

The text on the tag is computer generated, and
means directly "bad fishing luck".

Used the same way as "break a leg".

This is my first attempt to make
clouds as background.
Bev has made a cloud template
and a great tutorial here.

The inside with space for a regard.
I tried to make it look like a photo
with photo corners.

The backside a bit like the front.
As always.

I have used this sketch from Sunday Sketch & Stamp.

Challenges:

When my card was almost finished I decided
to add some Glossy Accent on
Lewi's glasses and on the water.
So I did, and after a while I was going
to take some photos for the blog.

Big surprise!

By a mistake I had added Crackle Accent!
Look at the poor guy's glasses!

After a while I managed to laugh, and started
printing and colouring once more.

So Fairy Prinsesses, that was why I was a bit
late with my card this week.

Take care!
